Write for us
Dynamic News Insights welcomes pitches that make an aspect of social change easier to understand. We are interested in focused, well-reasoned work about ideas, collective action, institutions, change and public memory.
What makes a strong pitch
Send a brief account of the question, your central point, why it matters to a general reader and how the piece will support its claims. A strong proposal has a distinct angle, explains unfamiliar terms and acknowledges the limits of its argument.
Useful forms
We consider clear explainers, comparisons, historical context and essays that unpack a process or misconception. Pitches should offer an original contribution rather than repackage a familiar summary, and should not depend on unsupported claims or invented examples.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a working title and a short outline; a full draft is not needed unless requested. A submission is a proposal, not a promise of publication.
Change becomes clearer when we follow its parts
We look beyond turning points to the ideas, relationships and decisions that make change possible, contested or durable.
